I used Central Florida Kitchen and bath to install Granite and I think it was the most professional job.
I have referred for more jobs and my customers were very happy.

Had less than a great experience here.
We were informed after our island was already cut that the price we were quoted was incorrect because they forgot to account for our bathrooms, and we would now owe an extra $4,000. I decided to go ahead with them because we loved the countertops we had picked out despite the price increase. After that, I had informed Evie via email/texts multiple times that I wanted square corners on all of our countertops. They were all cut incorrectly, and are all rounded. When I reached out to her to address this issue, she responded and she said there was some sort of permit that had to be pulled in order to do square edges (of course I was never made aware of this prior to them being installed so we couldn't even have made that decision if we wanted to. Additionally, my parents who live in the same county, received all square edges, exactly how they were suppose to)
This was her exact response: "I'm not gonna sit here this morning and get text like this when I’m simply explaining everything to you. You are in a different county. do you know how long permits take you should know you’re building a house. If you are not happy, I can come and pull the countertops out today and you can find somebody else to do it. You chose expensive marble and expect to get it for level one pricing" ?? I NEVER leave reviews, but I couldn't let this go. As someone in the service industry, their lack of people skills are appalling, we never once even received an apology for any of the mistakes that were made. I'm happy with the COLOR selection of countertops we have, but certainly nothing else

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
The owner Omar and his son were very rude to us after we pointed out mistakes they made. The contertops were beautiful and we were very happy with the patern and colors, but they cut one corner wrong and kept trying to get us to settle and exept their mistake. We were very specific in how we wanted the corners cut, and we were told no problem and dont worry it will be done. We repeatedly told them not to rush this job at all, and that we were not in a big hurry for install. If they put us infront of other customers, that only proves to not do business with people who do that. Can you explain how you did such a great job on our order 9 years ago, but we get such bad treatment this time. They made two mistakes on my order and then broke the countertop trying to fix it. They never told us to expet it to break if removed. They told us they could do it. They told us they would never cut a top inside a home. Omar got angry and started yelling at my wife that he was done working with her and took all of the order back and canceled the order when all we asked for is what we ordered. every thing would have been fine if they would have just cut the top as we ordered and that they said they would do. DO NOT do business with this place if you expect to get what you ordered. I would leave zero stars if I could. Customers Beware!!

When installing our granite, the workers were careless when removing our old counters and damaged the walls above the counter. We called and they agreed to fix it. We had a painter here at the time and he said he would repair the walls. Central Florida agreed and said to send them the bill. That was in March, and after several calls, and several promises that the check would be mailed, We’ve yet to receive it. The amount was minimal ($50), but it demonstrates the integrity of this business.
Update - when I wrote this review, I couldn't understand the response as I didn't have an interior designer, nor did I change dates. After visiting the business and records were checked, we discovered they had me mixed us with another customer with the same name. The check was sent to them. I am very happy with the work that was done by Central Florida Kitchen and Bath.

Update 6/7 - all is good and I am happy. While I wish they were a bit more proactive in dealing with the issue, in the end all is good. I want to give them 4.5 stars just because they could of handled it better, but not an option. Giving them 5.

Update 6/3 - took shower and all is good - going to 3 stars now and hopefully in a few days will give more stars.

Update 6/2 - workers came and fixed crack and laid new floor on top. I spoke with owner and he was 100% confident this would work - his words. Will update after I use the shower in next day or 2 as I need to let it dry.

Update 5/20 - The shower floor is now cracking in 2 spots. I am hoping that they are able to fix/replace so I can change the review and start using my shower again.

Update 5/18 - They will be coming out in a few days to see the problem. I will update review then. I love the work and how it looks but the shower does not drain correctly.

First post 5/14 - Unfortunately, there is an issue with my shower after installation. The owner promised he would send someone out to look at. It has now been three weeks, I have called multiple times and no call back. Stay away from this company.

The crew for Central Florida did a very good job with the granite installation on 11/19/18. However, we have been very disappointed in the stainless steel sink they installed. The caulk adhesive has left two areas where it is not sealed and water gets in there. For the first one they came back to add caulk to seal it and the second one has recently shown up. However, we are finding that the sink scratches easily and we have not been putting any pots or pans in the sink because we saw scratches within 2 days of the installation. I am not sure if it is the quality of the sink they installed or what. I did call Omar to get recommendations on how to get scratches out and he has not called us back. If I had to do this again, I would be out buying my own sink to know exactly what quality I was getting. And since we look at the sink everyday, this is a source of disappointment in the total job.
