It's odd, you have to walk up to a drive in window to place your order and to return the rental.
Other than that people were friendly and nice.

I’ve been renting from this location for many many many years now. When they first opened it was excellent now the customer service is lacking terribly. Units not ready at scheduled pick up times, moving and up and down from the check in desk multiple times. Issues with units and trailers. I had a scheduled pick up at 12pm it’s not 1330 and I’m still sitting here. And it’s been like this since the 2023 when I noticed a decline

I can’t remember the woman that works the desk in the first bay door, I think it’s Monica, but this location is on top of things. From the moment you pull on the lot everything looks neat and orderly. She checked in a trailer I rented from the Sanford location quickly and had me on my way. Sanford I will never rent from again. Multiple phone calls to them about reservations just to be told each time they don’t have a res for me and me having to make new ones, leading up to when I get there they don’t even have the right equipment reserved. Every time I called I specifically said I need a single axle hydraulic lift bed trailer, somehow got entered in the system that I need a floor scraper? Then come to find out the 3 hydraulic trailers they have all broken down. So I was forced to take a 14ft double axle tilt trailer which was way to big for what I needed and it didn’t even work the way I needed it to. Sanford employees couldn’t even answer simple questions about their own trailers like how much does the trailer weigh, or how much weight can it handle! Stay far away from Sanford, go to Ocoee sunbelt! I should note that Monica did give me a day reimbursement for sanfords screw up without me even asking which I am thankful for ?

Their rental reps are on point and a real pleasure to do business with.
The four star rating is due to the website having photos of rental equipment which is not exactly what you'll be receiving.
I was generously compensated for the incorrect advertising but the extra time spent dealing with the issue could've been avoided.

I Rented a walk behind brush cutter from this location. I have got to say, this location has amazing customer service. The rental process was quick and painless . I was in and out in 10 minutes! The gentleman that was there showed me how to operate the brush cutter and gave me some tips on how to operate the machine as well. I will definitely return for all my rental needs. Thank you guys!
