I have a discrepancy on my bill..I was definitely overcharged.i sent text messages and called numerous times.They keep giving me the runaround.i moved a couch,dresser,bed,2 nightstands and 2 small cabinets 2 miles.2 hours I was charged $817.44.I was not too happy seeing my bank statement.I feel I was ripped off.i will be calling the better business bureau.They must have subbed it out to big boys moving.Big boys moving is who came to me through Florida main moving

Never got my special coffee maker that was broken during the move. Going on 2 years and I guess they not going to make good on that. I gave the benefit of doubt because I used them 2 times before my last time. It was several items broken this time but I only cared about my Phillips coffee maker because I paid a lot of money for it. Would have gave more stars but I was told they would buy me another one and they didn’t honor there word.

Booked a move 6 weeks in advance. The night before the scheduled move I hadn’t received confirmation that the movers would be coming the following morning. After several attempts to reach Ruby I was informed the move was cancelled and had to be rescheduled, with less than 12 hours notice. Over 30 hrs later the movers came. On the rescheduled date, I had no idea what time they’d be arriving. I explained to Ruby how my husband and I had to call out of work to accommodate the reschedule. I asked for a discount on the move because of the inconvenience and she refused. She said I had already received a discount upon booking and accused me of seeking free service. It’s worth mentioning I did not present any type of coupon upon initial booking, instead was told I was getting a discount.
I reached out to customer service with this grievance. Initially they responded saying they were looking into the matter. I emailed back to follow up and they did not respond. It has been over a week since I’ve heard from them. Giving 2 star because the actual movers were fantastic. Disappointed with lack of communication and professionalism from management and customer service dept.

When my original movers, a certain college hunky type, left me in a lurch at 1pm on the day I had to move I frantically began to Google “movers” and came across this site offering “same day emergency moves.” And boy, am I glad I found them. Despite my last-minute request, they delivered on that promise. I had a pair movers at my house within three hours. They were on the job for just under four hours. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. They were exactly what I needed.
