Custom Mica has been a trusted Millwork company for commercial projects my company has built for many years. When I purchased a new home, I worked with Gilbert & Max to design custom kitchen cabinets with inset drawers & doors, a bookshelf for our office, storage cabinets in our playroom, and an entertainment center in our loft. They also helped us select and install faux beams in our living room.

What I appreciate most about the team at Custom Mica is they think about the smallest details that will impact the end product. When issues came up, they suggested solutions to help me solve the problems. Everyone on their team cares about the end product and delivering for their customers. I'm honored to partner with these guys on the commercial side, and ecstatic with how everything turned out in my home.

My husband and I are so happy we chose this company through the advice of several friends whose kitchens turned out amazing.
We wanted to update the Kitchen in our older home but weren’t sure where to start. Since my husband and I both prefer custom wood cabinets, this company was an easy choice since we had already seen the beautiful work they do.
We worked with Gilbert, he met with us to assist us in the process of deciding what the most important items we wanted in our new kitchen to be.
Gilbert came up with a layout that enabled us to get a lot of features we hadn’t even through of being possible with the size of our old kitchen.
My personal favorite was a unique built in custom cabinet that held our microwave at waist height instead of using so much counter space (pet peeve of mine) was ingenious. We get so many compliments about it from our family and friends!
Gilbert and his crew showed when they said they would, gave us daily updates on the progress, and always cleaned their work area before leaving each day (they respected our property).
I would 100% recommend this company because they are honest, they definitely have competitive prices, and are family owned. We really enjoyed working with them and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
