Greatest company ever— somehow they manage to employ the most OUTSTANDING guys out there, in a world of poor customer service this is a refreshing bonus!

Not sure where any negative reviews come from? Guessing it’s from disgruntled clients who don’t want to pay for this mandatory and imperative service; also, probably don’t care about keeping their own set of clients and employees safe and systems up to date, which is almost as shocking as it is disturbing! I don’t know about anyone else, but safety is top priority where I am. These guys coming out saved our business from a world of hurt and headaches from the fire marshals and 100% ensured the safety, maintenance, and well-being of not only employees, but customers.

Love this company and the folks here really are life savers. Go with them!

Dealt with these guys twice before and they're extremely agressive and pushy. Both times they came out I had to get approval from my bosses to use this service which we don't use because we have another company and both times the guys I dealt with were so angry and aggressive towards me when it wasn't even my decision, one even called the fire department out to try and fine me for something that wasn't even out of code. I can understand if they were genuinely concerned about safety when it comes to the fire extinguishers but they don't have to lecture me and be so agressive when I'm just the worker here. Think they need a class in customer service and how to speak to others.
