Atlas Pools completed a beautiful pool, hot tub and screened deck and patio for us earlier this year. They did a great job. It was a full demo of our previous pool, new design, brand new style pool with tiles shape and features, new deck, and a new screen enclosure. Included all new equipment. They had to dig under a sports court and help redesign all landscaping in the back as well. We’ve been very happy with the work. They’ve also paid a lot of attention to our new pool project post completion to help handle and fix any items that arose after completion. There have been several evenings and weekends. We’ve contacted for minor issues and they’ve been very responsive, including the owner Brad . Wemple. Very very satisfied. Definitely recommend Atlas Pools again!!

Very happy with Atlas pools at all stages of my build. Planning was in depth, they have an excellent showroom. Build time was blazing fast being 8 weeks from breaking ground to my little ones swimming. They have supported us the whole way and were amazing to work with. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Best experience building a pool ever! The process was smooth and they followed through every single aspect of the schedule. Loved their attention to detail and communication through the entire process. Austin was fantastic and helped create the design that best fit our backyard space and budget. Their maintenance group is also amazing and has made the entire owning experience very enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend, they are the only ones we would hire if we build another pool.

We built a pool back in 2014 and it was amazing and when we moved we got multiple quotes and the customer service and dedication to the craft is non comparable. Brad and his team are absolutely amazing and got us from contract to swimming in just under 3 months. Our beach entry and design from the amazing Fred (RIP to an amazing soul) many more great shoutouts but Pat at design studio was great with our family and kids as well and very informative. Brad has a great team.

They started our pool on March 8 2023 and promised to finish in 14 to 16 weeks top. Almost 25 weeks later and my pool is far from being done. At the beginning the project was moving fast, even our neighbors were surprised and and we thought they would finish ahead of schedule but around the end of May, beginning of June they stopped working.
The lack of communication is absurd. They never answer my questions and is always an excuse either is someone sick or out of town or something like no one else can take over.
We call the financier and found out that they already pay Atlas for our pool.
We are so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of seriousness and commitment of this company. I thought we were dealing with a serious company but obviously no.

I originally hired Atlas Pools because they built amazing pools for my clients. I do not regret my decision. Mike Hayden (our designer) designed a phenomenal pool and backyard space. It feels like we are on vacation everyday. He is extremely talented and gifted. The Picasso of pool design! Ronald McDermid was our project manager during the construction of the pool. He was on site supervising the work and making sure everything was done correctly. When they were concreting the pool he was in trenches measuring everything himself to make sure it was done perfectly. I can't say enough about this great company their work ethic. My wife and I are extremely satisfied. I have no problem referring them to my friends and clients. Thank you Atlas Pools for turning our backyard into paradise.
