My friend had an issue with a man who lives with her. He brought stuff from a hoarder’s house and was promised a fumigation for $400, but it wasn’t done because she had dishes in her cabinet. They refused to do it, even though they didn’t tell her to take out the dishes. They just told her to wash them afterward and not to eat pasta or cereal that was opened. These grown people can’t move a dish and then belittled her afterward. She worked 12-hour shifts the two times they came. Now, when they come over, they said they’d use gel bait instead of fumigation again. She’s worked overtime trying to get them to do the fumigation! They literally did nothing twice and are trying to charge $400 for gel bait now? I think not. And belittling someone is terrible customer service on the phone.
