My AC was not running efficiently. Called Tracy Steele on Friday, left a message and received a call back from Kevin. He made an appointment for Monday. He was on time and professional. He did more in one maintenance call than my previous company did in years. Found the reason why is wasn’t running as efficient as it could. By the time he left I could feel the difference in my house. Thank you Kevin you just earned a customer for life. I’ll be sure to recommend Tracy Steele AC and Kevin to anyone who needs a quality AC company. Thanks again.

5 Star service from a hard to find family business! Been using them for about 8yrs, replaced my A/C unit and just repaired another unit at my in-law's house. On time, very responsive and they treat me like family! Truly a company I can trust....big shout out to Daniel for your service!!!

Want details? Read on: Our A/C died. We called Tracey Steele, discussed options and then accepted their quote. Unfortunately, it would take two weeks for the replacement to arrive. A technician came out and replaced a relay switch. The system kicked on but it was not a happy camper. We could tell we were on borrowed time. Two days after replacing the switch, we got a call to make sure the AC was still working. That follow up call was a surprise, and totally professional. A good sign of things to come.

A few days before the replacement, they called to say they were pulling the permit. They brought the paperwork over for us to sign, and they handled things from there. Absolutely no stress, other than hoping the AC wouldn't die before the install date.

They arrived at 8:30am, and were done by 11:30. No noise. No mess. They even replaced the plywood in the garage under the air handler and cleared the clogged condensation line (which was pretty bad, apparently). After the AC was installed, the lead install tech gave us all the paperwork, showed us the new unit and explained how everything worked, from the thermostat to the air handler and compressor. Again, his manner was totally professional.

The unit they recommended is made in the USA, with a 10 year, rock solid warranty. The unit runs smoothly. The air smells so much better. Do I recommend Tracey Steele? Most definitely!
