Ana Sanchez, the Installation Material Manager, made my day! She was so helpful. I was completely lost when I went into the store and she showed me where to look and what to look for. She was so thorough and detail oriented. Her expertise and customer service are stellar!

We walked into the store with an idea of what we wanted and the associate knew exactly where to take us. Her knowledge was wonderful and we were out of there in less than an hour!

The only negative is the cashier with the extremely long green nails. She didn't acknowledge us as customers and it felt like WE were bothering HER.

Do yourself a big favor and do not use this store. They gave us the wrong tile. Of course we didn't know that until we got home. We have spent the last hour trying to get someone on the phone. No one answers. We tried every department. We live far. Our installers arrive tomorrow. Answer your phone. Take care of fullfilling customers orders correctly. Horrible customer service.

In response to your comment. We ended up having to drive all the way back there. The correct tile was out of stock. We took a refund and purchased at another store.

Greeted (and checked out by) RACHEL! So friendly and helpful. I requested someone to help since I knew what I wanted and she immediately called for assistance.
Alex and Amauri responded and helped me patiently and then loaded my car! And when I added another design tile at the last minute Alex came to check on me, wrapped the extra purchase carefully and took it out to the car even tho I could have carried it myself!!
Excellent responses and customer service!

AND they have an abundance of choices of all sorts of tiles, designs and competitive prices.

1) Customer beware - if you should want to buy Vinyl Plank Flooring. There are several vinyl floor samples high up on the wall, Steve helped me by pointing out a sample and gave me a larger sample from the box to compare it against the shower wall tile I had chosen. The color matched and I bought the viny floor planks without knowing that a large amount of these planks had "scratches" diagonal across the boards (see pictures). Evidently this is something new the designers came up with to make them look ancient. Unfortunately my construction team did not inform me (which they normally do) to inspect them before they layered the floor planks. The finished floor looked terrible, it looked like a rake is being dragged across the boards or that the floor has not yet been cleaned of construction dust. Unfortunately the construction team did not save the cardboard boxes. Floor & Decor did not accept the uncut planks without the cardboard boxes and I lost a lot of money.
2) After returning samples from a cash payment, do not accept a gift card instead of cash, you might not use up the total amount on your gift card, then you are stuck with the balance - no cash return. I handed the gift card to my construction crew.
3) I have to agree, the staff is very friendly.

They went out of their way to Pull the remaining boxes that they had of a floor because I needed it. Just to make sure that I would have my floor. I purchased it at another store, but they promptly put it away so that it would not be bought. I picked it up the next day. They held on to it for me. I'm very happy with the service. I always tell all of my customers to go to this store. Floor & Decor. For the best prices and varieties.

OveralI think they are great. Wonderful selection , The staff is very nice and helpful. I’m not going to lower their stars for the two situations I had with them recently.

But when my contractor picked up my order, half of my order had been left outside and got rained on , leaving the boxes soaking wet and disintegrated when lifting , difficult to manuever for my tile installers. The boxes began to smell moldy in my garage.

They also forgot to include my bags of grout, resulting in a separate trip to Floor & Decor. I spent anout 30 minutes while the girl looked for the grout, then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have it, was discontinued. I had to pick out another color ( she was very helpful) But while I was talking with the manager about the tile condition at pickup. He asked her what she was doing and he showed her where my “ discontinued “ grout had been sitting pending pickup. Im sure it was just an oversight. She was friendly and professional handling the situation.

My dealings with Floor and Decor have always been positive so I am still giving them a 5 .
