We went to three show rooms including Design Works, very friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan. He went above and beyond helping us choose counter tops for three counters and made great money saving suggestions. Their installers showed up on time and were very professional and accurate with the install. We did have a small issue with one top, but Jonathan was on top of it and got it scheduled for repair with great results.

When I went to design for the first time I thought they will be the one. I was never more mistaken. They are very unprofessional. Jonathan made an appointment with me and my wife so we could chose our tops. When we showed up for appointment he wasn’t there and there was nobody to help. I decided to give him one more chance and give me a quote since we had an appointment schedule for measurement. Spoke to Jonathan over the phone on multiple occasions where he told me I will get the quote within 2 days. A week passed I haven’t received the quote but the show up to measure like they own the job. Highly not recommending.
If you looking for professional shop with good prices go to Infinite Granit on University pkwy. I got my price right away and the team is very friendly. That care about customer not number!!!
