We are really pleased to provide a review of our experience with Amorvue Window and Door and, in particular, our sales consultant Brittany Gould-Biggs. We are still in the process of working with them, but I'm happy to say that both the company and Brittany have been phenomenal. They were initially very responsive and timely to our request for a bid on a project in our home. Brittany visited us at home the day after we requested support. She spent the time needed to answer all our questions and make sure we were aware of all the options available to us, and through it all, she was very courteous and customer-oriented. We have seamlessly moved forward from the bid process to the contract point and look forward to continuing to work with Brittany and Armorvue personnel through the completion of our project.

If beside of windows/doors you are also looking to be educated about what product is out there and what it offers then you may wanna schedule an estimate with Armorvue. Our rep was Andy, and he went above and beyond to ensure decision we make is an educated one. Product Armorvue offers is statistically superior (I checked) to just anything else we have seen out there and it is competitively priced. So far they offered nothing but great service, understanding and willingness to adapt to our situation. We are looking forward to our install. I'll update how it went along with some pics.

The first inspection of my home failed because of a fault of their own with the door they installed. They also didn't bring the correct handle for the doors. They measured the windows wrong and I've been waiting months for the correct screens to come in & covers. I've called quite a few times to get updates & they keep making excuses and stalling.They haven't finished the job & are not communicative at all. For window quality, I give them a high rating, but if you plan on using them, stay on top of them for they will not take initiative to finish their job unless you're persistent.

Our installers Adrian and Gus were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time (early!) and worked hard the entire day to get our new windows and door installed. After visiting the showroom and listening to the presentation by Ken on the hurricane impact windows and sliding glass doors, we were sold.
We had many worries about that product being installed in our 50’s house without causing damage and concerns of how long we would wait for the products and installation .
So we only ordered 1/2 of the openings in the house .
The permits, windows and Sliding glass doors were ready for install ON SCHEDULE as Armorvue said that they would be.
We had incredible installers who did a stellar job of installation. They repaired of all the cosmetic damages of the refit. They took such care to cover all of our home furnishings. They cleaned dust and debris instantly from the install at every opening they put windows and sliders in.
They had quality control employees visit the install everyday to address any of our concerns and when the job was complete a finish employee came and inspected all windows and sliders for quality and function of that installation.
We will be replacing more windows and doors because Armorvue has skilled employees, products, price and integrity.

Andy Olson was a great salesman. He sold us on the best Hurricane Windows money can buy! Our energy bills dropped from $600/month to $285/month. Our house isn’t drafty anymore you can’t hear anything outside. Andy was great he was in contact with us every step of the process. His team come in and tore out the old windows and doors and installed the new ones same day. They didn’t dirty my house the were clean and professional. They were very knowledgeable about their jobs, did an excellent job installing the windows.
