I am very happy with my windows and patio doors easy to clean, both inside and outside, and literally, I do not have to go out on a ladder in a 3-story home to clean the outside of my windows! We had 2 large difficult windows to be replaced in a sunroom. The time it took to manufacture the windows was 4 months+, but, I do not fault them for that, being in a pandemic and all. The 2 installers who installed the window were excellent, a real 10!! In fact, everyone was excellent...from the vice president to the installers and office staff. I will not hire or use any other window companies near me except them!! We will be ordering more windows for our home. Great job Karoly Windows and Doors.

Brandon the Vice President of the company came out and he knew the product and process inside and out and was clear and upfront about everything to expect, and had a great price on our windows.
