Overall

Unbelievably inferior workmanship and an unwillingness to make right. Every professional contractor who has entered my property has commented that they have never seen such badly made railings. The very visible welding marks measure about 2" wide by 3/8" tall at about every 12" on both sides of the top horizontal frame of the railings. Other parts of the railings are also below industry standards upon closer examination. Some parts of the railings are not straight. The design is widely incorrect with respect to the slope of the balcony. The photographs fall short of how bad these railings look and feel.
