Very disappointed in every aspect of these Dura Supreme painted maple cabinets. We did a total remodel of a very large home. The cabinets are terrible quality, none of the appliances, sinks fit. Nothing measured correctly and the new order of cabinets they scabbed in do not match. The mistakes made have resulted in many months of delays. I would not recommend this company.

We hired BKG to do a complete kitchen remodel, and couldn't be happier with the process and the result. Our project involved removing a soffit and a wall; reworking a vent; vastly improving the lighting; replacing cabinets; and installing quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and new appliances. From the initial consultation with the owner Joe, to working with the designers Josephine and Brian, and on through the construction process managed by Kenny and Greg (our lead carpenter), we felt confident that our project was in good hands. All of the BKG team who worked on our project were professional, punctual, personable, responsive, and highly skilled. The office manager Doris kept us informed of next steps or any minor delays, and was efficient and knowledgeable. The electricians (Ron and Max) and the plumbers (Joey and Corbin) were exceptional -- the inspectors even complimented their work. We wholeheartedly recommend BKG and would definitely use them again for additional remodel work.

The folks at Bath & Kitchen Gallery did a full renovation of my home in Treasure Island. They are true craftsmen in every sense, from how they over-communicate on the front end which quell surprises on the back end. Joe F dynamically addresses curveballs, as renovations often have, and creatively finds solutions. His exacting eye and attention to detail is as if it’s his own home being renovated. Lead carpenter Dan B, is highly skilled, reliable and another credit to B&K Gallery. As well as Doris in the front office, Josephine in design, Aaron, Phil etc. I think you get the gist that their people are outstanding and the quality of their work is exceptional. We liked every employee that we met during the process and they do quality work. We also like the fact that they have their own plumbing and electrical contractor so they did not have to use any subs. They have a well stocked showroom with lots of finishes to consider. I would highly recommend Bath & Kitchen for any bath or kitchen remodel project. They are a family owned and operated company right here in the bay area. They have a showroom that their interior designer has samples to pick from to help you physically see and feel the product. There were a few functional things that I knew I wanted but mostly I let the designer do her job on creating a beautiful space in my kitchen and two bathrooms. They have a project manager that is assigned to your remodel that keeps the project heading in the right direction and on schedule. He was always a phone call or text away. But let’s be realistic for a moment. One of the most difficult things to do is for a company to go into a customer’s home and try not to disrupt their space while tearing down walls, removing floors and cabinets, etc. Sometimes things go wrong. Maybe an item was delivered wrong or on back order from the supplier. Sometimes a tech might mess something up that needs to be corrected. That’s what I love about Bath & Kitchen. They are hardworking, honest company that pride them selves on quality and will handle those situations if they come up. To me that was an important attribute for a company to have. I now have an updated beautiful kitchen and two bathrooms. And yes, they were clean, polite and on time. I used Bath & Kitchen 10 years ago in my master bathroom that still looks as beautiful as the day they remodeled it. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Our experience with BK Gallery was very good. Bk did a total remodel of our large master bathroom, which included design, demolition and construction.
Angela, the designer, was professional with many good ideas.
The demolition crew of Kenny, Bob, George and Phillip were very efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day.
Kenny was the lead carpenter and coordinator for our remodel. He was here promptly every day, had excellent carpentry skills and was always checking with us on the details and making sure we were happy with the daily results.
Anthony, the plumber and Ron the electrician, were both skilled professionals. They both explained what they were doing and how their work complied with county codes.
Mike, did our concrete work and helped in many areas, he did a fine job.
Mario the tile expert was a skilled craftsman. He worked quickly and efficiently and had great artistic ideas. We love our tile work.
Doris was our contact person at the office, and was very helpful in the scheduling of the crew and keeping us informed.
Joe, owner of BK, was helpful in the original design and visited our home several times to insure quality.
We love our new master bathroom!

Bath & Kitchen Gallery did a great job on our master bathroom. Joe and Doris were a pleasure to work with, and met our very high and demanding expectations. Kenny was on site for most of the project and we cannot say enough about how amazing he was! Jasper was also great, as well as the 2 gentlemen who did the tile. We had a slight issue with the paint job on the closet doors, but they came back and fixed it (twice), until we were satisfied. We would highly recommend them and would use them again!
