Wanting to share my experience at this location which was absolutely disappointing and totally unacceptable. I walk in, walk around, browse, pick up three samples, walk around, some more and keep browsing for at least 15~20 minutes. I decided to keep walking around just to see f and how long before someone said ANYTHING!! Not a word to me, not a “are you finding what you need or how can we help you today?” Then I hear the salesperson extend those same customer respect courtesies to a couple who entered the store long after myself. I can only speculate as to the reason for the difference in customer treatment. Whatever the reason, I glad that this location let me know how they truly think and feel about people that look like me.

Holy cow, does this place have a selection of backsplash. We were at the tile store kitty-corner from them and decided to stop in. Their selection is extravagant.

Although they have tile priced very competitive with the big box guys, they also have very unusual and even exotic types. I can't do them justice trying to describe them. We're remodeling our kitchen and got some great ideas.

Jefferson was very helpful. Tell him we recommended him.

Absolutely beautiful store. They spends lots of effort into display and set up. You can find hundreds of tiles and stones in the store. Also, most of the outstanding designs have a display, which is incredible.
However, we spent almost a hour in the store, walking through aisles but no one has came to offer consultant nor checking with us.
Second, their price is not competitive to other store. It is soooooo expensive. You can get same product with more affordable price.
If you are filthy rich and want to burn some cash. 100% recommend the store.

Amazing place looks like a museum with so many sample to give you ideas. Walked in and wasn’t greeted for about 35 minutes, they had a about 4 employees just talking and making jokes on counter and they all tried to avoid me as a customer. I had to walk up to them interrupt them and it felt awkward. Asked a guy for help and he didn’t answer my questions instead changed subject and said what you see on display is what we sell, we are high end store not like Lowe’s of Home Depot, didn’t have the will to answer questions on friendly manner. All I needed was guidance of expertise to make right color decision on new kitchen remodel. Left place very disappointed. They do this every day and is the fist time for me, they should be trained on what makes sense based in style, trend etc. Next day I walked to one of their competitors and they helped me select what was in trend for the style and colors I was leaning towards, also help me figure out how much tile I needed based on measurements I had of floor and walls. I had some pictures on phone with ideas and they made this happen. I would had rate them higher but for customer service it was 1 based on my experience. 2 is because store is amazing.
