I waited to post this review until we had a few months of summer heat. I am happy to say that our electric bill has been lower every month since you installed the new unit. Everyone was at the absolute top of their specialty! From the counseling on which air conditioner was best for us until the final duct cleaning everything was done in the most professional manner. Having said that, and it is high praise indeed, I would be remiss if I didn't also point out the approximately 2 thousand dollars we saved over staying with our previous company. Thank you!

Signed up for $464 yearly Maintenance Service contract, however, I had to call to make an appointment to get an A/C check up. Before I’d receive a reminder call or card to do so, boy do I miss Marilyn. Was pleased with my technician, he arrived exactly 8 AM on the dot. He showed me a section of my air handler that looks like it had dust or mold on it. Of course, I agreed to have him clean it. He sprayed something on it and pressure washed it, and you can see the photos how it came out. Happy with that, however, $426 for two hours work, not so happy with that.

I had shared a stellar review for Air Masters a year ago, but I have to renege on that review. My thermostat started needing batteries every few days. I called Air Masters to find out why and they informed me that my NEW thermostat doesn't need batteries. I told them it wouldn't work without them. A technician came to check it out and told me that the line had been spliced together from the Unit to the Thermostat, leaving no common wire for the Thermostat, which is definitely needed. He was surprised to learn that his company had installed the unit (which costed me $8K). My husband helped him run a new wire (about 8-10 feet, which they were charging me for 25 feet).
We thought all was fine, until we received the bill for $406. It was shocking to us, since this work should have been performed from the start. They refused to cancel the bill. (They gave a discount, because their tech had to come out, but honestly, if the work was done right the first time, he wouldn't have HAD to come out!)
Sorry, Air Masters.... you've lost my future business, and anyone else's that I know.

We were very impressed with the whole experience from the initial phone call with Marilyn to the amazing service from Chris. Chris was very knowledgeable, explain everything before, during and after our service. The Hubby and I found out things about our unit and AC in general that we should have known awhile ago. He really spent quality time and was very thorough! The best home service we have ever had! I'm so glad we called Air Masters!

They took their time installing the new coil.
They explained what they were doing and why.
Dustin also did a great job on the onset. Making time to correctly diagnose the issue. He answered my questions and prevented a potential issue from happening on my 2nd AC unit.

Our air conditioner was no longer cooling properly. We called on a Sunday and we were able to get an appointment Monday morning. The technician Miguel was able to figure out the issue and fix it that morning. We also looked on their website and found a coupon code we could use too. We were really happy with their service and will consider them again for any other issues.
