Julian did an excellent job of showing the windows and doors that we want to replace. He was very professional and knew his product. We chose Newsouth Window Solutions because they manufacture the windows here in Florida and make them to withstand the heat and wind that we experience here. He showed us the construction of each window and sliding door that we purchased. The quality is so much better than ones that we purchased in the past. The last company New South Windows sales representative Tim Townsend performed a sales presentation on their product. The presentation was very good. He explained the product very well. After a 3 hour presentation, my wife and I made a purchase on new windows. Tim was very knowledgeable and customer oriented person. We highly recommend Tim ?. We had our new windows and 1 door installed by Breno and his helper. They did an awesome job. Then today Anthony came back to install cap covers for the screws in windows and adjusted entry door. I worked with Mason Thomas, and he was excellent all around - one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with. He went over all my window options and helped me make the best decision based on project needs and my budget. Mason was also super knowledgeable about the technical details of the project and the common shortcuts that many companies use. His communication and follow-up responses were outstanding as well. He also helped coordinate the final measurements and worked with me to make some last-minute adjustments to the project with no issues. So far I'm very satisfied with NewSouth's work. New South Window Solutions just completed a 25 window install on my house. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Marcus and his team were very respectful of my family and the property.

This was a 3 day install and at the end of each day it was like they were never here. Their daily cleanup was impeccable. Marcus kept me informed throughout the day on the progress being made and what was planned for the following day.

Jackie my window concierge had timely updates from the time I signed the contract up to and through the installation process.

The new windows are beautiful and my family and I now have peace of mind for the upcoming hurricane season.

*Update - The window wrap "sealing tape" is now beginning to come off of the exposed windows. We've spoken with Bobby the Installation Manager, however there seems to be no urgency from New South regarding our concerns. There are still 3 days until the 3rd rescheduled stucco date. Fingers crossed no rain comes or damage occurs to the inside of the wall.*

The Sales process was fantastic & Chad was great to work with. The quoted manufacturing time was accurate & our windows were actually finished ahead of schedule.

We scheduled the install for Monday 05/13 & the installation crew showed up right on time at 8am. The install crew (Chris, Jordan, Trae, Jake & Gary) were amazing & worked their butts off to complete it all the same day (9 windows with 6 cutouts & a 3 panel slider). Their work is very clean & they were very respectful to my home & my family (answered questions we had & were so kind to my boys - 4 & 6 - who were very interested in the work they were doing). The crew were here for about 12 hours to complete the job same day. They advised they would mark the install as complete so the stucco crew could come next to complete the 6 cutouts.

Here is where the review loses 2 stars & is why this review is not complete: On Tuesday 05/14 we spoke with the stucco crew manager & scheduled them to come out Wednesday 05/15, but due to the rain, it was pushed to Thursday 05/16. We received a text on Wednesday 05/15 that they would not be able to come until Tuesday 05/21 now due to "unforseen circumstances" with a crew member - Making it 8 days of having the 6 cutouts exposed to rain & having no stucco. With all of the rain that has happened in this time, we are now concerned with water damage between the exposed walls. 8 days to "finish the job" is unacceptable, especially at the start of rainy season & no protection to prevent water coming in to the exposed areas (pictures attached showing what our home has looked like since installation was completed on Monday 05/13).

Just had 19 windows installed by NewSouth. The whole installation from contract signing to final inspection was fantastic. The sales rep Chad was very informative and courteous. Dustin and his crew did an excellent installation job and were very friendly and hard working. The caulking around the windows was beautiful. Jackie the Customer Care Concierge was wonderful. My experience with New South Windows was very positive. As a returning customer, I was delighted that my second experience with New South Windows was just as great as the first one.
The New South Factory Representative, Chad Anderson, did an excellent job. Chad was willing to meet outside of his normal work week to discuss our needs and measure the house’s windows and doors. He was very knowledgeable regarding New South products, had current brochures of the company’s products and was able to provide advice and answers regarding window and door replacements. He was very easy to work with, he quickly generated an estimate and made himself available for any follow-on questions. Thank you, Chad, I appreciate your help and guidance.
New South Window’s Office Staff and Project Leaders were professional and courteous. They kept me informed each step of the project. They called to schedule the installation visit and called ahead of the Installation Crew’s arrival, they scheduled the County Inspector’s visit, and set up the post installation Detail Visit. I never had to call and ask about status or what was next. Outstanding, professional service from the Project Office staff. Thank you!
On installation day, I received a call 30 minutes before the Crew’s arrival. The Team removed the old windows and installed the twelve new ones in one day. During the window replacement effort, the team covered and protected furniture, put protective cloths over the floor, and cleaned each area after it was worked. I was impressed. They returned early the next day and tackled the three doors being replaced, again, covering all furniture and protecting the floors. They cleaned each area after working and disposed of all debris. They did an excellent job. A round of applause for this Team, they went to work right away upon arrival, they were on the job site at all times, and were professional and courteous.
After passing the county inspection, the Detail Visit was scheduled. When the crew arrived, they filled in drilled holes, capped the sliding glass door frame screw holes, cleaned the glass, and wiped down the frames. Thank you for the nice finishing touches.
The New South hurricane windows, doors and sliding glass doors are heavy duty and well-built and provide protection all while making my house look more modern. I really love them and the security they provide.
