After a routine maintenance check in January, my unit became loud and stopped heating. They replaced the thermostat but didn’t wait to ensure the problem was fixed. When the house failed to warm, another tech found a major restriction in the system that was not there on the m-check. We were told this was a coincident. A failed attempt was made to clear the restriction ultimately requiring a costly system replacement. Installation of a new system started 2 days later, after a full day of work we were told the new control board was bad. The following day the control board was replaced but the system was still not working. Eventually they replaced the new outside unit and we finally were able to heat the house. In May, the AC stopped working. We had our new HVAC company come out who found multiple installations errors made by Edwards. Errors including faulty placement of drainage lines and evaporating coils installed upside down causing water to splash into the air duct.
In conclusion, we may not be able to prove that Edward’s Heating and Air damaged our system when they came out to do the regular scheduled maintenance in January but we can confidently report neglectful, dismissive and incompetent service on all levels of this company.

We have used Edwards Heating and Air on multiple occasions for over 20 years and never had a bad experience or a technician who wasn’t “top notch”…. I called about 11:30am on Friday requesting service on a malfunctioning AC unit and Bryan was here by 2:30pm the same day. He quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor before checking the refrigerant, etc and had our AC blowing cold air within 10 - 15 minutes!! Thank you Bryan and Edwards Heating and Air!!!
