Overall

We had awakened with water leaking from the ceiling from the attic unit. We accessed to problem and thought it was due to filter and freezing up, however it was actually from clogged drain pipe so we called Reliable but they weren't so reliable they couldn't see until 8 days later and they tried to say we owed a balance when we actually didn't. So we called Neese and will be going with them for now on! Excellent customer service! Technician showed up and accessed job and had it all wrapped up in 15 minutes! Reliable lost a customer but Neese gained one! Highly recommend Neese!

We have had several companies come to service our AC unit over the past 3 years, and this year we tried Neece. We had the pleasure of having Jeremy come out to our house to come and diagnose what was going on with our air. He was the first person to ever take the time to explain what was going on, and actually took the time to explain it to my husband, then I came along, he explained it to myself, and he even spoke to my uncle by phone who has been in HVAC for 40+ years in CA, to explain to him what he found. He was thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. We felt compelled to sign up for an annual service agreement based on his service. Two days later, and our neighbors air conditioning went out, and we’ve already recommended Neese to them. Thank you for employing amazing technicians and for having them be honest! We will definitely send you more business. And, our house is nice and cool during this horrible GA heat!

We called Neese for my elderly parents whose AC went out on a 100 degree day. They sent a technician within an hour of our request. Irvin was the Tech and he was awesome. So professional, friendly he listened and gave great feedback after checking the issues. Witin 30 minutes he fixed the units and had cool air blowing. He was thoughtful, and respectful regarding my parents and the situation. Thank Irvin and Neese.

I can't describe how satisfied I am with Neese and especially Zach, our technician, who quite literally saved us in this heat! Our downstairs A/C broke down in peak heat dome with temperatures outside reaching high 90s. Our Trane system was installed by Reliable Air six years ago, and I've always wanted to switch out to another company for innumerable reasons. Fortunately I found Neese and my experience was beyond excellent! Zach even took the time to figure out that our system was under warranty and helped me waive off charges for new connector. He also saved us money by clubbing the repair appointment with a future maintenance visit for both our systems. Neese, you have a terrific team member and you should be proud of him! Thanks

Rick Harris at Neese Heating & Air was the first person of some 5 or 6 technicians that actually was able to find the issue with my old system. We were not able to get it to cool in the summers consistently and not to a comfortable level. After his (free) inspection, he took me to my system and showed me how it had been installed incorrectly and was only utilizing about 60% of the capacity due to installation. I agreed to have them install the new energy efficient Carrier 5 ton single system with three zones, which Rick was confident would not only cool the house very well but would potentially pay for itself in energy savings in a few years. The new system has been in a week and it is the first time we (in the latest 88 degree temperature outside) have been able to cool to not only a comfortable level but to a level where we are cold and had to adjust the thermostat higher. We are extremely please and highly recommend Rick and Neese Heating nd Air.

Perhaps the best testament to the level of service that Neese Heating and Air Conditioning consistently provides is that they installed both systems in my home 19 years ago and I still use them today. One of our AC units was having a potential issue with managing humidity levels. We called Neese yesterday to communicate our concern. Neese promptly schedule a service call for the following morning.
