Overall

I needed an attic gable fan repair/replacement. Scott was the electrician assigned. He called before hand to be sure the time was ok for me, and arrived right away when I said it was. Scott was courteous and professional. He tested the existing installation and isolated the problem to the motor, and I agreed to the quote for replacement. The installation went smoothly, and he tidied up the loose electrical line leading to the fan.
I will call Murphy Electric for future needs, and ask for Scott again.

I think the men that came out to hook up my portable generator transfer switch were highly professional electricians. They had great personalities and did a excellent job at a fair price. I have used many electricians over the years as a General Contractor and these men rank right at the top.

Overall

Absolutely the best experience I've had with an electrical company EVER. Or any subcontractor, for that matter. Very responsive to an urgent need and Carlos, the technician who came out, was the best. He explained everything in lay terms and did the work quickly. He then explained what he did. I was so impressed, I let him sell me a whole-house surge protector! I though I had one when I built the house not too long ago, but after Carlos did a thorough check, it appears that home builder did not put one. I recommend Pat Murphy without reservation - mostly on the strength of the price/value and my experience with the lovely dispatcher and Carlos - and will definitely use them in the future!
