Technician who came to my home to address the issue on my alarm was courteous confident friendly and professional. He followed through with everyone at the main office and did an excellent job with the equipment on hand. After he left and the equipment malfunctioned, the management office immediately responded with alternatives. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Overall

We ended up with Alert 360 after our original security company was bought and sold a few times. Normally service is fine, but our system keeps telling us a battery needs to be replaced. No one on the phone or a tech that came out can identify which battery and why. The last tech said it was a glass breaker and we asked to disable it until it could be replaced (which he did), but now it is giving another battery alert. Inconvenient and pricey to have someone charge to come out and not fix the issue.
