We had Nick for the first time this round. He was very polite when we met. He wore booties in the house for the floor which is awesome cause we don’t wear shoes inside the house. We have one new and one old air conditioner. He gave us great options to keep the old one running as long as we can. Made me feel comfortable with still tuning our older unit. It was 94 outside so I know it was insane in the attic and he still took his time.

We would love to have him again anytime. Thanks Nick!!

Jerry, Eli, Seth, and (I forgot his name, which sucks cause he was cool) were amazing. Down to earth yet professional group of guys that were very knowledgeable. Super easy to work with and they were efficient with their time. They even took the time to walk me through and educate me on how to maintain the system to avoid numerous service calls. 10/10 - would highly recommend.

They were so professional and even in the extreme heat we are dealing with, they were always pleasant and respectful. Now the best part, the quality of workmanship was beyond stellar. Byron and Nick were on time, very professional, and friendly. They inspected our whole unit, sat down and spoke with us honestly about their recommendations (no pushy sales tactics) and our options. They answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed. I felt like they cared about us as a close neighbor would. I would absolutely recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you both so much!

Second Review (next day): Karl and his crew of friendly and professional workers arrived first thing in the morning to replace our unit! Every single one of the team members was fully committed to resolving our ac issues as quickly as possible.

Chuck Norris is another hard working and very knowledgeable professional who explained various ways for us to cut costs on our bills and how to apply for tax rebates for our system, etc. Another great representative for this company! As new Georgia residents, we feel blessed to have found such a great company to work with. From start to finish, a great experience. Highly recommend this company.

We just had our ac/heating unit replaced and Homer and John did a fantastic job with the install. They were Super fast and efficient. The day prior, when we called for service when our AC died, Byron and Brian showed up and did an extremely thorough and honest review of both of our systems. We felt confident that they were being honest in what we needed and stayed all day until they fixed our upstairs unit. Sadly, the downstairs unit had no life left and we had to get a new one. The financing option was super efficient and they had a 15 month interest free promotion. Would definitely recommend service 1st pros?

They were able to get me an appointment the next morning (keep in mind I called them at 10pm the night before) to fix my broken A/C unit, which I am very thankful for with the heat we have been experiencing. Zach was very nice and informative. Got our A/C unit fixed within an hour, and had the air flowing again. He explained everything that was wrong, what part needed to be replaced, and why. He even gave me some tips and tricks to help maintain our A/C unit, and furnace. They definitely charge a premium price, but it is worth it for the quick, polite, and quality service!

I’ve been having trouble with my heat pump unit from the day. I moved into this house in 2018. The heat has gone out, The coil is broken, The air won’t cool the house, all these things have happened. I called Service First Pros and got an appointment the next morning. Marcus came and checked everything and recommended a whole new unit, And they would give me a two year maintenance plan included the price was fantastic and so was Marcus. The new unit will go in on Monday. I highly recommend this company. They are courteous and go above And beyond any company I’ve had out here before.

Now the whole team did an OUTSTANDING job of replacing the the unit. Matt, Justin and Karl worked together seamlessly to get the job done. I had air on by the afternoon and am eternally grateful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You won’t find a better company for price, kindness, professionalism and diligent! And they threw in 2 year maintenance program on my whole system!

Byron and Brian were great. They were able to diagnose our issue and found a couple other legit concerns. After three days with no AC they were a Godsend to figure it out and be able to repair it tomorrow - and are bringing us a portable unit for tonight. ??
