It’s refreshing to find a company that, not only does what they promise, but is also willing to go above and beyond when needed. James and his crew are very professional and obviously know what they are doing. James is very respectful to his crew and all of them are polite and well mannered. An unforeseen problem arose as James was getting g ready to wrap up the job (late Friday afternoon) and instead of complaining or hurrying to finish, James did what needed to be done without me even asking. They finished three hours later, and they were all still smiling. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat, and they are now my go to electricians!!

We purchased a home that was supposed to have a 200-amp service. This was a lie. We had James and his crew come out for a couple of junction boxes etc. Found out the electric panel was so screwed up that we had no choice but to update to the service that we thought we had as well as fixing a few things. I do not like doing reviews, but this crew is worth it! I will not use anyone else and would not recommend anyone else! Good work is hard to find, and James takes his craft seriously!

We needed our closet light replaced so I called Big Frog Electric because of the excellent ratings they had received from other customers. I am thoroughly pleased with not only the work that was done but also because of what they found when inspecting some other electrical questions I had in other places in our home. The technician found a poorly wired switch in our basement bedroom that could have possibly caused a fire in the future due to the way the wiring was configured.
Everyone I dealt with at this company truly cared about getting the job done right. In addition, the cost of the service was extremely reasonable.
I would highly recommend using this company for anyone looking for honest, reputable electricians.

Used Frog electric to install a power line to relocate a hot water tank. I was very impressed with the communication with Frog electric. Gave an honest estimate up front and even provide availability times as soon as the next day or two. The work was done in a clean and efficient manner. I was pleasantly surprise with the appearance of the install as it professionally secured to the wall and even installed a flexible line at one portion to accommodate the plumber. The price was fair and reasonable!! I would highly recommend these guys for any electrical work.

Alan was the first person I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable &
helpful. Because I had a safety concern, he had someone come out the same day.

That was John, who quickly determined what was causing the problem & promptly took care of it. I could tell he really knew what he was doing & he took steps to verify that the issue was solved before leaving.

Prior to this, another electrician, Robert, had been out to take a look at the aging breaker box They had advised me it needed replacing. At a later date, Robert came back to do the work . It took most of the day. He worked steadily straight through. After installing the new panel, he made sure all the breakers were properly labeled & everything was in working order. He took time to explain the surge protector & mentioned something else he'd noticed that should be modified for safety reasons. He got everything thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.

Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional. I could tell they take pride in their work. They didn't push anything. They did give reasonable suggestions.

To sum up, I believe anyone will have a positive experience with this company & highly recommend them.
