Had a fantastic experience with Elite garage doors! My spring on my door had broken and the door wouldn’t go up and down well. I reached out and the technician that responded, Joseph, was phenomenal. He fully explained the repairs, my needs, and executed the job in a quick and quality manner. Thanks again to him, and the rest of the team. Have used these guys a few times now and they are always easy to deal with. Usually get someone on the phone quickly and they can usually have someone at my house within 24 of contact. Most recent tech was Joseph and he was great. Showed up on time and handled our issue quickly. Even gave some good advice about future maintenance I can do myself.

I hired Elite Overhead Garage Doors to install a garage door in November of 2022. A few weeks ago the garage door malfunctioned. The friendly techs came out in a reasonable amount of time and partially repaired the door while my wife was home. The repair cost was $629 ($129 for a service call and $500 for labor). When I got home I noticed the repair work and was concerned that I would be having an issue soon if the door wasn’t completely fixed. (See attached pictures). The company representative informed me that I needed to pay an additional $500 to repair a panel. Our parts are under warranty. Labor is not. Since I’ve pointed this out the company representative stated he would check on this on Feb 20. I have followed up a couple times but the rep is non-responsive.
