This was the 3rd company we tried, the first 2 didn't have all the necessary qualifications/ certifications. Our realtor found them for us. They were professional in their correspondence and prompt. We weren't at the inspection but all the faults they highlighted or brought to our attention we spot on. They even saw some issues that we were able to point out when we did our walk through that I think even the builders would've missed if we hadn't told them about them.

I just wanted to give credit where credit was due. I'm a first time home buyer spending basically every last dollar on my biggest purchase yet. I believe the inspectors name was Connor, but I'm not 100 percent. He did a fantastic job. He was super thorough with everything. He spoke with me in detail , and answered all of my questions. His inspection for the home came back, and generally speaking did not have any huge red flags. However due to Connors detailed conversation with me I did decide to pull out of my contract (NOTE..he did not persuade me one way or the other in any way). There were enough little things that added up to be more than my comfort level. I consider that a huge blessing being that it's my first home, and I would hate to get into something just to throw money left and right. SO!.... you will make $ 1000 off of me essentially within a week bc I'll be calling you back for the next home inspection in a couple days.

I had Connor inspect the home for us. He did a great job inspecting the home and I am so thankful to him.

1. He was at home before the time.
2. He explained me each part of the inspection and gave me the right information about the exterior of the home and the repairs on the roof that might need to be taken care of.
