On Friday, my garage door spring broke. I called a number of places, and I was told by some dispatching company that I would receive a call back. I called West Georgia garage doors. He texted me immediately and asked me for pictures of the inside and outside of my garage. I sent the photos to him and he told me he could get out to me on Monday around 11 AM to replace it. Not only was he the most reasonable as far as pricing, He showed up on time and had the job finished in less than 20 minutes. I had excellent customer service and highly recommend!

Had a time to have the opener installed this past Monday morning. Even double checked the night before to make sure we were all set. Drove an hour and 15 minutes to meet them there to have it installed. Didn’t show up, I email asking where they are, am told they will be there in about 40 minutes. Another hour and a half goes by so I reach out again, now they say Home Depot doesn’t have the motor so we have to reschedule. We rescheduled to today at 10am, no response at all. Text the number, no response, all the number and get a text that says to text, which I already did. Already late and not responding so I sent another email and told them to cancel, it’s said I can spend 5 hours total drive time to be there for the install, and both times nobody showed up and nobody had the decency to let me know until I reached out. Stay away!!

They repaired my door this spring. It broke again at the same spot on 7/29/2020. I called to ask if they guaranteed their work. The guy that answered offered no help at all and told me to text him my address. I did that with no response. I called yesterday reaching their voice mail. From what I gathered from the recording they have changed the name to Mr Garage. I left a message explaining that I cannot open my door at all and had to cancel appointments for today because of it. After several calls and messages still nothing.
Both times I used them under the previous name it was timely and the repairman were very helpful. Now under this new name they won't answer their phone or return a message. I doubt they will be in business long under any name if this is the way they are going to treat repeat customers.

I called late in the evening the day our garage door broke. The guys came out the very next morning and did an excellent job. Very reliable and great service at an affordable price compared to other companies in the area. Highly recommended!
