These crews were AWESOME! So communicative, and they got the job done WAY ahead of our project due date. They didn’t shy away from the MASSES of junk we had and they were just so friendly. 10/10 if I could!

I personally got to meet the owner of this wonderful company. I feel like my Uncle and my Cousin just left my house. Not only did they lighten my load here at home physically, but these men of God were a pure joy and blessing to me and my family! They Lightened my soul too! I would recommend them to anyone in the Douglasville/Dallas area.

Booked an appointment 2 days ago with the so called Assistant manager. Stressed to her over and over and over that I had a full truck load and would be paying the $525. Stressed to her that I had to have this stuff out of my garage by Friday. She said yes, yes they will be there and will get everything. The junk removers get here talking about they can only take half of the stuff because their truck is half full. Called again and talked with the managers or owners wife and she tells me there was a miscommunication. What’s a miscommunication about I HAVE A FULL TRUCK LOAD AND WILL PAY THE $525 for a full truck load. So I called 1800-GOT-JUNK and I will GLADLY PAY THE $668 who are on the way right now. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND TIME AND CALL REAL PROFESSIONALS. If their “assistant manager” can’t properly schedule an appointment then clearly the owner and everyone under him is incompetent .

This is our third time using these guys, and they ALWAYS deliver. We recently moved and had this huge mess of cardboard boxes/packing materials in our garage for three months. Given the scale, we expected to pay up to $500 for all of this mess - but we ended up paying half that amount. Scheduling online was super easy, and the day of the job we got a text that they could take our appointment early and asked if we were interested. I was pleasantly surprised by the ultra responsive, professional correspondence while we discussed pricing and the service.

They were in and out in less than 15 minutes, clearing my entire garage and packing it tightly into the truck to ensure a fair price. Such a great business, and I'll be referring to everyone I know!
