Matt was phenomenal. He is the real deal because he has actually built homes so he can spot many things that a typical inspector misses. He has inspected two of my homes in the last two years. Both turned out that he found everything that needed repair or had an issue. He is very friendly, personable plus has a tremendous wealth of knowledge. He really turns around the professional report quickly and was reasonably priced too. Besides the general inspection, he also does radon and mold. An added bonus was that he was able and willing to refer me to several types of contractors that I needed to update the homes. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

I have used Matt for home inspection services 2 times in the last 8 months. He is a professional that does an extremely detailed inspection of properties. He communicates effectively, is on time or early to appointments, and make the process easy for the consumer to understand. He encourages the potential homeowner to accompany him on his inspections. Many inspectors do not want the customer to tag along. Matt tells you what he is looking for and explains the issues good and bad during the inspection. After this is completed, he provides a thorough written report with details found, along with pictures of the issues. I would highly recommend him for any inspections.
