I called before I visited this store and was told they’d have several different options for what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was initially shown just one option. Another associate (the one who I spoke to on the phone) eventually showed me around and identified more options but with an attitude. I did not feel like she wanted to help me or that my business was valued. It was unprofessional and honestly a little shocking. I don’t typically receive that type of treatment as a customer. Additionally, they had no samples of the tiles I was interested in for me to take home and try in my space, and everything had to be ordered because nothing was in stock. Ultimately a very disappointing experience and not worth the 40-minute round trip with my infant.

Store associate Tony was very patient and helpful. Store has huge collection. Unfortunately the tiles we liked were all out of stock but we found something that will look great. Definitely more expensive than many tile places but good shopping experience for first time buyers.

Most folks say this place pricey and I agree it's more expensive than it's competitors but don't be afraid to ask for a price match or a deal. I can definitely say that the quality of most products in this store is far superior than it's competitors with a more interesting range especially if you're into contemporary products.

I've had a great experience with Traci, she's just been amazing!! Super helpful, very flexible and accommodated our needs. I will go back to this store again just for the experience, personalized advise and support extended to us.

Products were fine but the return process was really not. Because of delays with our contractor (unplanned surgery) we were unable to return items until the week after 6 months we up. They would not refund our money after several attempts but gave us a store credit that we have no need of. We will NOT shop there again.
