Mr. Dino went above and beyond in his home inspection for us. He worked around our schedule, taught me some things about inspecting homes, did a walk through for me, and then did another for my wife who came later that day. He also inspected difficult to access areas of the attic. The inspection report was delivered that same night and he followed up as I approached closing to see if I had any questions. He not only notes issues, but he explains the significance of the issue using his construction and electrician background. Lastly, he has a network of contractors who were able to inspect certain issues for us and give us their feedback in a timely manner. I'd definitely use his services again!

Dino went above and beyond on our home inspection for my first home purchase with my wife!!

He scheduled us in 2 days and walked with me and my wife in every room, the attic, and the entire exterior of the house. In each area, he pointed out what he noticed, what needed to be fixed, and what/who can fix each item. Dino’s knowledge about what building products were in the home was very impressive.

His report was over 100 pages of detailed photos and comments which is a great guide for repairs as we move forward with our home.

Dino also told us we could call him after owning the home with any questions on repairs. We will definitely be using him for any inspections in the future and recommending him to our friends and family.
