My experience with 1st National Roofing was fantastic! Having never found myself in a position of needing a roof replaced, I was a bit nervous not knowing the first thing about Roofing. I really have to give some praise to Mike Burgamy of 1st National Roofing. He walked me through the process step by step always making sure I understood each step giving me a firm grasp on it to make well informed decisions. His customer service was nothing short of top tier excellence! On the morning of the project, Mike and the crew arrived at my house precisely on time. They were professional, courteous and efficient in their work. Their cleanup of my property left no trace that they had even been there. Mike walked the property with me pointing out all the aspects of the new roof, something that sets 1st National apart from the competition. I was thrilled with the final product and the time and energy Mike spent explaining options and colors that really brought the best esthetics to my home. I would certainly recommend 1st National roofing and Mike Burgamy to any of my friends and family!

We called in 1st National Roofing to quote for repair after a large storm hit North GA. We knew there were several missing shingles due to high winds, but unaware of the overall condition of the roof. Mike Burgamy came out and did a thorough assessment during time frames that worked best with our schedules. He was very personable and detailed. We were able to do a full roof replacement covered by insurance! Once scheduled the crew was in and out within a day. The process was seamless and Mike stayed in communication with not only me, but my insurance company as well to ensure we were taken care of. Great company to work with overall!

1st National Roofing just completed installing a new roof and I could not be more satisfied. Charles Stout, Project Manager and Danny Blanchard, Sales Manager presented their company and product with professionalism from initial presentation to the actual installation. The quality of roofing products, labor, and installation showed why 1st National Roofing is a superior and trusted roofing contractor. They left me with the knowledge that I can depend on my roof for many decades to come and the pleasure of a roof that enhances the beauty of our home.

If I could give more stars I would. This company is the best at customer service and quality workmanship. As a background- I had one of the worst experiences ever with another roofing company which had good salesman but could care less about the quality of work it did after it sold you its services. Items not to code, rotted and molded wood not replaced, visible dips which would gather water even after the first rain. It was SO bad that I had to have 1st National Roofing come in and completely redo the roof. They were professional and expressed genuine concerned about what my needs and wants were. It was very reasonable on its priced, especially considering it used the highest quality materials which far exceeded industries standards. They were even able to schedule my job very quickly to minimize the lost work the other company had caused my general contractor and to prevent further damage to the rood due to the other company’s substandard work.
In less than a week since 1st National Roofing LLC, completed the project, I have had many neighbors ask about my roof and tell me it was the sharpest looking one in the who neighborhood. I especially want to thank Randy Rankin, the inspector and coordinator of the project, David Lopez the crew leader, and David’s crew whose workmanship was excellent in every sense of the word.
I am having my house renovated and the 1st National Roofing crew went out of their way to coordinate with my general contractors to ensure a seamless work flow for both crews during the housing install. These guys know their business, are professional, genuinely concerned on doing the job right and make sure ALL the customer’s needs are meet. I could not be happier and would recommend their services to anyone who is needing roof work. They also work with your home insurance carrier in cases of storm, wind and hail damage. By far this has been the best service experience of any home contractor I have ever had.
