Had some warranty work done through Andersen to replace a window, Ryan and Chris did a great job and even fixed another issue for me so I wouldn't have to submit another warranty claim.

I do not take lightly giving a business a bad review, but if your reading reviews in order to choose who you do business with you should know. We used Window Traditions 8 years ago for a new house build. We needed a service call on a door and window. I called and made the appt was told on the phone the service call was $249. Once he came he had no ladder (a window company) and did not have the tools. He used ours. Did not fix the door. Looked at window. When I wrote the check he said $299.. I thought possibly I had made a mistake. I gave him the check. Then once I got the quote I asked service call fee and told $249. I said I overpaid and it was “ no problem we will send you a refund “ …. Nothing. I email …. Same answer …. I call and it was “ I don’t know why you haven’t gotten she said she would send it so sorry” … nothing…. The service call was in February and it is now June. I call today and now it was you were charged more because of where you live. Didn’t the service tech tell you … NO if he did why would I keep asking??? You don’t quote then charge more that’s bait and switch. I knew a repair would be more but a service call is a flat fee. When the service calls are mapped out in the morning you know how far I live from you. My husband and family own a heating and air business I KNOW HOW IT WORKS. The service and customer service is a run around. To go from so sorry to you live to far. It is only $50 but that was my money you said 249 when I called. You would recognize my city and say that’a extra. So Window Traditions I hope that $50 was worth it because you got paid for a bad review !!!!! Never ever would I recommend you to anyone and we are in the service industry .

Window Traditions did a fantastic job replacing the majority of the windows in our home. These guys are professionals and experts at what they do. Every step of the process was easy and carried out with the highest level of quality. Clay met with me and provided a quote. He patiently endured my questions and changes in details to make sure the order was exactly what I wanted. A huge plus on the quote process was that there were no high pressure sales tactics. The installation was smooth. Danny did a great job checking on the progress and communicating details of the work. Maurice oversaw every detail, working hard and making sure I was happy with each window/trim. I highly recommend Window Traditions.

Danny Tames and Ryan Johnson installed grills on our windows. They did an incredible job. Showed up when they said they were gonna show up and finished earlier than they thought. I’ve been trying to get these grills done for a year and a half and finally found these guys and window Traditions and got it done.

Ryan Johnson came out to my condo yesterday to do an inspection. I’ve been having leak issues and he was able to determine that it wasn’t coming from my
Windows but from the roof. He was quick and thorough and even took great pictures from the roof so that I could submit them to my HOA. Very satisfied customer here!!! ;-)

My husband and I worked with Dan, owner of Window Traditions, for over a year as we built our dream home. Dan and his crew were terrific. Being in the client service industry myself and having built several homes in the past, we placed much emphasis in the investment of our windows and doors. Dan was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful throughout the process.
After moving into our home, Dan's follow up and customer service in answering questions, making adjustments and repairs was appreciated. Any time we called, he was prompt to respond and handled us in a professional and kind manner.
We highly recommend working with Window Traditions.

We purchased the Anderson windows when we built our house from Window Traditions. We did not go with the lowest builder grade as I wanted a better window. Although sales and delivery went good we've experienced problems with the bifold door and have had it serviced once and then began experiencing the same issue again last year so I called them to see about getting it serviced. I contacted them in September of 2023 about it. I was told that the company had been sold since we purchased the windows and they didn't have any record of our purchase, so I had to provide sales receipts. I scheduled a service call in the beginning of Oct. The service tech came out and determined the hinge needed to be replaced (this is the same segment of door that was serviced 2 years prior). 8 weeks passed and I did not hear from anyone so I sent an email. I was then told that the technician that came out quit and she would need to look into it. another month passed and I didn't hear from anyone again so I emailed again. The same service rep gave me the exact same story, I told her that she had already told me this and she also told me she was going to look into it. She promised that she would. Another month, I emailed again. No answer. another 2 weeks and I emailed again asking if she was ignoring me. She again told me the original tech had quit. I told her I already knew this and again reiterated what we had gone through 2 prior times. (So we are now in early Feb of 2024) before I received a call late in the afternoon that she wanted to send someone out at 11 am the next day. We rearranged our schedules so that he could come out. 4 weeks passed and I finally received a quote on repair. So we are now about 6 months from my initial call before I can even get to this point of getting information from them about what to do about the door. The parts cost about $400, the total of the repair is $4600 so they're charging $4,200 for labor to replace a hinge on the door, OUTRAGEOUS!. This company's service is absolutely pathetic. Learn from my experience, don't purchase from them.

First, I do not agree with their pricing policy. I get paying for half of the windows upfront but paying the other half prior to install and inspection is not acceptable in my opinion. Especially since there were multiple blemishes and noticeable damage on the windows. Also, we had to wait six months for the install which I get due to supply chain issues. However, it’s been five months after the install and all the A series Andersen fixed and casement sashes are being replaced due to a manufacturing defect. Also, the glass in a 112x75” picture window is being replaced. We had to wait months after the install for Window Traditions and Andersen to agree to resolve these issues. The install team at Window Tradition’s has been responsive to all my texts and I will update my review once the warranty items have been resolved. This is just a sample of the imperfections on the windows.
Update as of Wednesday August 9, 2023.
I received a call in July stating our warranty replacement windows had arrived. So we set an install date for July 27 and 28. During the call the service department said they would double check the windows to ensure they met QC before the install date. When the service department arrived on the July 27, much to my surprise none of the boxes had been opened or inspected. After they were opened the service department began setting the majority of the windows to the side due to quality issues. To make a long story short 7 to 8 of the replacement windows had to be sent back due to defects. One was actually installed with defects which didn’t make any sense to me. Why install if it needed to be replaced?
Also, none of the imperfections from the original install back in November 2022 have been repaired or touched up. The screen door still hasn’t been replaced and the replacement 115 x 75 picture window still hasn’t arrived. At this moment in time, we are now waiting word on when to expect the 2nd order of warranty windows to come in.
Due to major defects and quality concerns, I would strongly not recommend purchasing the Andersen A Series Architecture Collection windows. The only reason we didn’t upgrade to the extruded aluminum Andersen window in the first place was due to the estimated 12 month timeframe caused by the supply chain issues. Original order was placed on April 5, 2022. The first install date was in November 2022, and now here we are in August 2023 still waiting on the service work and warranty replacement windows to come in and be completed.
This is an Andersen problem, however some of the items from my original install should have already been repaired by Window Traditions of GA.
