Tim was my service tech today. This was the first time he serviced my home. He advised me that he and Micheal would probably be servicing my home due to route changes at the company. He arrived on time. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Great customer service today from Tim as well as Michael on other visits.

We've had monthly service for five years. They call two days ahead of each visit as a reminder. We've seen maybe five "bugs" since we started the service. Pretty good numbers. Also use Active for mosquito control in the summer. A few little critters get through, but not many. Overall, it's been a positive experience.
