Nice visit, looking for hardwood flooring. Learned about the different finishes (photo attached) and the hardness based on the Janka scale (attached photo). Excellent selection of solid hardwoods, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl planks, rigid vinyl planks, and, of course, stone, tile, and everything in between. Credit on the spot for financing. There are excellent associates at this location, but I've had both the good and the other. On a positive note, I have had mostly great and knowledgeable help. Just go to the smiling faces!
We did not appreciate their attitude when we returned a good bit of tile. At first they wouldn't take it, then later after calling corporate we were able to bring it back. They were upset that it was going to hurt their sales numbers. What a bunch of whiners over there

I purchased tile at a different Flloor and Decir and needed to return it. It was on sale when purchased and I asked if it was returnable. I went to the McDonough store and they refused to do the refund. The product was in its original packaging. I would have made another purchase but I will never go that store again. Absolutely horrible customer service!! I will be reaching out to their corporate headquarters.

The worst customer service ever. No one knows anything. The never answer the phone. Julianna needs more training or perhaps a new job. She hung up on me. I’m canceling my order and of over 4K and heading to Home Depot!!!! Wish I could give no stars! I’m furious. She messed my order and and my contractor couldn’t pick my material up… I’m furious!

I had the best experience here at Floor & Decor with Kristy Horton. Her keen eye for colors and putting together the color scheme with accents for my new shower was impeccable. I highly recommend that you come see her if you're interested in upgrading your shower or home. It was definitely worth the drive from from Kathleen, GA.

At first I couldn’t get any help, everyone was gone to lunch are busy ,then this sweet little lady tried to help but she was to short she call and Kelli came to my rescue we loaded 10 heavy bundles from over our head of oak hardwood flooring filled up two carts I paid ,Kelli said go get your truck I’ll help you load it , this girl works harder than most men GREAT JOB GREAT SERVICE Thanks KELLI and the shortest little Lady in the store for trying

Marci has great customer service. She took her time and told us what items we needed. Not only did she tell us but she took us to the aisles while scanning the items to make the checkout process smoothly. I would totally recommend this experience to anyone. Have been there twice over the last week picking up samples for a big remodel and both times the staff have been great. Marsha in their design area was able to point me to different types of tile with similar colors but various material and shapes. She’s been great and so have the rest of the staff as I come to pick up, drop off, and exchange different pieces. Everyone is friendly an to help me find potential solutions to my flooring needs.
