Big shout out to this company!! Amazing customer service and handled anything we needed and addressed all our needs. Having a pool put in is long process but Coleman went above and beyond!! Our backyard is perfect, if we ever move we will definitely use Hampton Pools again.

Worst pool company in the area. Left bubbles in my liner, didn't install lights on new pool. Staff left beer bottles, piping, and trash in yard. Very poor work.

Last year we ordered a new liner, chemicals and filters to have our pool redone they came out replaced the liner the new liner has a leak, and placed on rocks that you can feel through the liner the guys came out and said there was nothing there but you can clearly feel them through the liner in the shallow end they were also supposed to come back out to clear up the water situation and haven’t been back out in over a year. Wouldn’t recommend this pool company

We have had some trouble during the installation process, but that can be easily overlooked due to Cliff. Cliff has been amazing with his customer service and going over and beyond for the needs of our pool. I am glad that we went with Hampton Pools.

Hampton Pools in McDonough, Ga. Just installed a new pool liner in my inground pool. From the moment the 1st installers came to the final person, the job was done in the most professional way. Been to 3 different pool places here in McDonough, this BY FAR I felt was the most honest place, or shall I say the only honest place I have seen. I am new to pool ownership, and some people sure like taken advantage of it, Hampton pools was recommended by my wifes coworker and found they were the only one who didn't try to over sell me, when I moved in last fall to a greenish and stained pool, the 2 companies kept saying well maybe you should buy a filter, I had one company out to install a salt water system, the owner of the pool supply company and another company I took a water sample to, whom I spent $1200 or $1300 worth of chemicals and they tried to sell me a new pump and filter, Hampton Pools were the only ones who didn't, when asking about a pool filter that was suggested by the other guys, because mine (MIGHT) not be big enough, they said well dont get a filter (after showing them the same pictures I showed the others of the pump and filter, detailed including serial numbers pictures) can you believe I was never told of shock before Hampton pools after 5 visits each to the other companies and allot of money in chemicals. Seriously I could go on and on, but I feel Hampton Pools are such a breath of fresh air compared to the others. Thanks Hampton

Horrible experience! Worst service ever!! 3 full weeks later and $1000 still can't see the bottom of the pool. Then the nerve to bill me another $75 to vacuum a pool you can't even see through the cloudy water. BE WARNED!!!!!!!! All about selling you chemicals and parts, and the $75 no monthly service is sending out kids with NO respect for your property or the job, just the money! So disgusted and disappointed, should be a great Memorial Day weekend with a pool that all kids can do is look at....... Thanks again Hampton Pools!
