5 star service! Joe Simon is clearly an expert in his field. He was quick, concise, and knowledgeable…even took the time to teach me a couple of things! And my garage door is now back to operating perfectly again.

All my dealings with this company have been excellent and I’ll definitely be calling them again.

Matt was terrific — quite professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t able to complete the job because of two faulty (I.e., bent) door panels, but they were the supplier’s fault, not his. We discussed this and the expectation is that he will be able to come back this next week with two good panels and replace the bad ones. As long as this happens, I will be a very happy camper indeed.

Just had my garage door service. It was not receiving the signal for some reason.
The technician was on time and very courteous.. My only hangup was the cost for less than 20 minutes, the service call was $175.
I forgot to ask what the cost was going to be.Was not expecting it to be over $100,;that caught me by surprise; however the overall experience was good. WL

Gavin did a great job on the install of our front door Phantom sliding screen door. Ours being a slightly different front door there was small details to work out and Gavin kept me informed so we could make decisions together. The door looks and operates perfectly. He is an efficient worker and knows his product. My wife and I are very happy. Also it was mentioned in a previous text today that Gavin and his wife were expecting. I was going to congratulate him in person but I totally forgot! Please pass along our best wishes and congratulations to Gavin!

I just had my phantom screen door installed and it is EXACTLY what I hoped it would be. My installation technician was excellent. He fully answered my question and the install was flawless, quick, and efficient. I am not the easiest customer to have; however Gavin met all my expectations. I usually feel the need to watch contractors closely, but not this time because I knew from the questions I asked that he knew what he was doing. That is awesome! Before he finished I was doing my happy dance!! I feel good giving him the highest rating possible because he deserves it. Thank you so much Gavin and good luck to both of us this gardening season.
