Overall

Archana from CSI designed a fantastic kitchen cabinet package. I love all the organization details that make storage easy and how she was able to get me so many drawers. The quality of the cabinets are great and I was able to get them in the exact color I wanted. The process was easy and I would use CSI again for another project.

CSI designed and constructed a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen for us. The job involved moving some walls, taking the walls that weren't moving down to the studs, replacing the ceiling, LOTS of recessed lighting, crown molding with led lighting, under counter led lighting, fantastic Schrock cabinets with LOTS of features (spice cabinet, toe kick drawers, pull outs, soft close)...it is a totally new kitchen.

Archana, our designer, is creative. She listened to everything we said, and then would present options and her own thoughts. We had a difficult area to work with...the old pantry which was under the staircase to the second floor. I didn't want a pantry, so she figured out a way to make use of the space for additional cabinets and counterspace. And the construction left me with what I call "my secret pantry" - a space behind the cabinets that backs up to the staircase is an odd shape and was left unused. CSI left an opening to that space for me, and it's terrific for some really odd-shaped and/or large items that don't fit anywhere else!

All new appliances! CSI worked with us even though we did not purchase the appliances from them. We found a terrific deal on a brand they did not carry. CSI did all the installation and we never felt they held it against us that we didn't buy the appliances from them.

CSI was also accommodating to the fact that our budget required we leave our floors as the slab right now. We will go back to CSI when we are ready to install heated ceramic tile throughout the first floor of our home (a $20,000 job the way we want it done). CSI set up all the wiring we need for that job, so everything is ready to go when we find the money.

Everyone involved - electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers - was respectful of our home. They were friendly and answered the many questions we were asking about how things were being done and why.

We LOVE our new kitchen. My husband and I have stood in the middle of it and said that we never could have imagined how beautiful it would turn out.

We will go back to CSI for other projects in the future.

Overall

Archana with CSI Kitchen & Bath helped me create into reality a library storage system in my living room from just an inspiration photo! She was flexible with my schedule, hands on, and nothing short of pleasant to work with. The team knows what they are doing and you must trust the process! In times like these where wait times are crazy, I must say it was worth the wait! The project is almost done and can’t wait to share final before and after photos! Still got some electrical work to do :). Photos are in progress photos!
Before I forget, Angie and installation team also deserve huge credit for their promptness, politeness, coordination, and great craftsmanship.
