Cintas inspects our fire extinguishers annually. Someone came through the office unannounced last week and replaced all our tags on the extinguishers with 2018/2019 tags, this is 2020. Called the number on my invoice it went to an answering service and no one returned my call. Googled a different number and got an annoyed attendant who sent me to a technician. He is checking to see what happened???

The 2 star is simply for the portion of the estimate. The Cintas representative who came to do the service was awesome. he explained to me what i would be paying and that the estimate that was given to me is rarely ever correct. This is where the problem came in. I was quoted $350 for the service prior to the actual visit. When the provider came in, the price had jumped a whopping $300. This was my worse nightmare, as my inspector was coming back on the very next day to check the system. I was stuck with a bill that i could not afford to pay at the time. FYI...make sure you get the estimate in writing.

this company is a scam company, they will walk into our office claim they work for fire marshall, do the inspection and send you an invoice, I am in the process to contact Attorney general office for this issue and if you have similar expreience, please let me know so we can file claim with AG's office together

Renard came to my office today to just check the fire extinguishers and went above and beyond by showing me how to keep up with not only the extinguishers, but also what I should've been doing for the exit signs. I appreciate the time that he took to show me what all I should've been doing to stay compliant.
