Builders America did a fabulous job replacing our old deck with a new deck. The company is very customer-oriented, very responsive, and very knowledgeable. The construction workers are dedicated (working in freezing cold temperatures) and meticulous. They take pride in their work and it shows. We love our new deck and we highly recommend Builders America.

I highly recommend and trust Builders America. We hired them twice before and will hire them again to do our kitchen remodel. A few years ago we hired them to replace and expand the deck on our prior house. The workmanship was top-notch, the project was on time and they stood behind their work.

This summer we moved to a townhouse which had double-decker porches that were not structurally sound. In addition to replacing the porches, we wanted to remove one of the structural posts in the middle. They engineered a way to do so that was more economical than originally thought. Again, the quality of their work was excellent and their team was easy to work with. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction before finishing.

If you are looking for a trustworthy company to work on your home, I would highly recommend them!

Builders America was one of the few high-end deck builders that was willing to take on my very challenging, steep slope deck rebuild, and the only one with the patience to walk through options and discuss various approaches so that I could satisfy myself they were a good fit BEFORE I paid them thousands of dollars for design services. In addition, I had some permitting challenges due to my proximity to a stream, but Stan's long-time experience and knowledge of the local code offices meant everything went quickly and smoothly. Communication was excellent through every stage of the process. I always felt comfortable speaking up when I saw something I didn't like or understand; issues were resolved very quickly. The construction team was great - hard workers who know their stuff and respectful of my property. My project was well into six figures, and I am satisfied that I got value for my money. My deck is beautiful and I don't know if I've ever walked on one that felt more sturdy. Just a first-class experience all around.

Builders America built a new sunroom for us and worked closely with us to make sure that the end product met or exceeded all of our expectations and within the cost estimate they provided and the budget we set. They used a variety of skilled workers who knew what they were doing to ensure that everything from foundations, main structure, materials selection and installation were done expertly and sustainably. We could not be happier with their work, their customer interactions and their willingness to go the extra steps to secure product when material shortages were a common problem. As such we recommend them to anyone interested in a quality project.

Builders America has just completed building a two level deck for us, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It was a large, difficult project with elevations exceeding 30 feet, and they did a great job. The structural detail is truly impressive. Also, their crews were on time, worked very hard, and were all friendly and with a great attitude. Any concerns or issues that I had were all addressed with no complaint or pushback. My satisfaction was their priority. If you want a quality deck built by a professional contractor, then you should call Builders America. I strongly recommend them.
