We had a great experience with CWD. I received quotations from over 5 different window companies over the course of a year, and Jodi was the only salesperson who would sit down and NOT insist on my husband also being there. Jodi was very efficient at taking quick measurements and providing me a quotation and extremely communicative with me and promptly answered all questions I had. The quotation from CWD was the best in price but also the best value for the price I was paying to replace over 50 windows.

Lucas was our install foreman. Lucas was very respectful of our home and the mess we have from kids. He and his team were extremely tidy— no trash or parts or pieces left anywhere on our property after the two day install. We had a rain out day and the team still came out on a Saturday and then a Sunday to get the job completed in a timely manner.

The windows themselves are exactly what we were looking for. Vinyl with low E glass, with anodized aluminum trim that was capped over our wood trim (some of which was rotting). There was some smell during the two days of install from the caulking, but open windows or air purifiers running got the smell out quickly. The windows open easily and we also received flex screens (not shown in photos).

I cannot emphasize enough how great it was working with this team. They are patient and respectful of your time and of your home. We highly recommend them!

Our new window is exactly what we hoped for!

We went from three operable windows, with worn out seals and damaged surrounding casework/drywall, to a beautiful, single, inoperable picture window that we can’t wait to display a Christmas tree in front of for the holidays!

I've done my research, and by far this is the best window install company.
I Had all brand new windows installed by a prior company, and they absolutely failed at install, and customer satisfaction. I ended up having to go to court, bc the windows were just so horrible. Because of that experience I was so afraid to hire another company to re do all the windows on my home that we have worked so hard on.
I then spent 2 weeks and had TWELEVE ESTIMATES DONE. YES 12!!!!! I learned everything I could about windows, and sat through 12 sales pitches.
I have compared apples to apples this time around. I am telling you, I couldn't be more pleased that we went with Chattahoochee windows and doors. When we bought our house we were really unhappy with the old and thin windows it had. It took us a year to decide to make the move. In doing so we reached out to multiple contractors but Chattahoochee was the first one to respond (same day) and we were able to get Jody out here to give us a quote 2 days later. Jody is a great guy- and you can see his investment in the work he offers. As a female who works from home I am always concerned with contractors coming to do estimates when I’m by myself- but He was sweet and kind and even gave me some resources for additional things we needed addressed on our house. We originally had the assessment and order placed at the end of July and by the last week in September all the windows were installed. We love how it looks! We cannot wait to upgrade our doors.
