Overall

Fast, professional easy service. Crew was very friendly and helpful. I only had an old power recliner and they took apart and within 10 minutes it was on their truck. Great service! Thank you College Hunks! You are wonderful.???

Very very Bad experience, I would like to give NO star if possible
They quoted us one price , signed off with another price and the final bill came back $700 extra . Don’t ever hire them. If we don’t pay they will put lien on your house . They even damaged our wall and staircase .

Juan the team lead has No ethics , No integrity. They trick you,so be careful before you sign off.
We were moving to a new community. At least 15 people could have hired them. We recommended NO to all our neighbors moving in .

Professional, timely and very personable! Ken and Trey were great. We moved my son’s bedroom furniture into basement storage in another house/ town. The items were properly wrapped/ packed with no damage upon delivery. Easy to book and pay- thanks!

Overall

Ken and Richard were hands down amazing and some of the most hard working young men I've ever met. It would not be an exaggeration to say we could not have done it without their help. They were so respectful and proactive. My parents have some health issues and could not do much, so it made for a less stressful day; they also remarked on the positive countenance of the men who helped with the move. If college hunks always has guys like Ken and Richard, I would use them every time. 10/10 recommend

Overall

Despite providing all the packaging supplies, my fragile items were not wrapped and thrown into a box. When I told the moving consultant about this, he did not do anything to rectify the issue, even after I showed him how my fragile items were packaged. I am very disappointed because this service was not completed as promised, nor was it corrected. They only had one job to pack, and it cost $566.50. Please note I had to go back into all my boxes and repack. I also had to put extra insurance on my truck due to this lousy packaging job, which cost me an additional $200. Just go with 2 men and a truck. They cost more, but at least they do a good job.
