Overall

Nolan went right to work and solved the problem between the house and street. He used a camera which gave me valuable insight to both the problem, and the condition of our sewer line. In addition, Nolan recommended a product to help with our root problem. He quickly fixed the trouble we had, and was very courteous and professional. This was money well spent.

I have used Ben Franklin in the past for remodel work and have always had great experiences. This time we had an emergency that left us without water until a repair could be done. The office receptionist was very friendly (Kendra? Kiera?) and Josue was fast, friendly and professional. Ben Franklin gives pricing options up front, and I have never had a surprise bill at the end. I have had 4-5 different Ben Franklin technicians with our various projects, and all have been professional (appearance, demeanor, no use of foul language, etc). Highly recommend.

They were able to come right away and repair not only what I called for but another plumbing issue we had. The tech explained what was going on and how they'd fix it and the price was comparable to other companies. I will use this company again next time we have an issue.

We recently experienced a plumbing emergency in our home when a sump pump failed during a severe storm and rain event. My wife and I were bailing water trying to prevent our basement from flooding when we called Ben Franklin Plumbing. The service they provided and in particular our plumber, Logan, was outstanding and saved us money, time, and a couple of very sore backs!
• Timeliness: Logan’s response time was outstanding. Despite it being in a storm event, the company let us know when we could expect Logan literally within hours of the call. This rapid response was crucial in preventing further water damage to the property.

• Communication: Throughout the emergency, Logan maintained excellent communication, keeping us informed of his progress and any changes in the estimated time or cost. This communication was reassuring during the event.

• Follow-Up: After the initial repair was completed, Logan followed up that night(!) to ensure the repair was OK during a second round of storms. This level of customer service is, again, outstanding. We couldn’t recommend them more for any plumbing service needs your family may have!

Josh and Page did a great job. Called me to let me know they could come early if I wanted. Arrived on time at the new expected time. Friendly and listened to the issue. Reviewed the recommended repair and the cost ahead of time. Afterwards, they explained the underlying plumbing issue. Gave me repair options and estimates understandable terms. Not pushy to upsell. Overall, great interaction and fair price.

Nolan came out on a Sunday to fix our leaky shower. He was fast and punctual. Very respectful and showed us exactly what he did after. Was very upfront about the estimate which did not change which is nice. Was able to give me a price over the phone before coming out which was the bill and that was very nice. Very good job would use their services again
