Needed plumbing work on a new construction home. Spoke with the same person 7-8 times over the course of 3 weeks to try to schedule this. They told me they would do the job for me but when I'd try to get a timeframe they were always "busy and will call me back" but never did. Ended up wasting close to a month on my build waiting for them do follow thru with what they said they'd do, but they never did show up to do the work. Wouldn't recommend.
If I could give six out of five stars, I would. We are repeat customers because they have never let us down. Recently our hot water heater was leaking and I called just to leave a message (on a Sunday). The owner calls back and lines it up for the next morning!! My wife is in chemo and they masked up and donned booties...in and out quickly and the only person home was our 11-year old son. These guys are like family to us.

Exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism. I always appreciate workers who are willing to walk me through what needs to happen while doing excellent work. Called them out for an outdoor faucet repair. Between it's location & weather we had a bit of a rain delay, but he let me know they were watching the radar for it to clear. They called with the GPS time from my place and were there at the estimated time. Very professional and kind. We had been looking for our "go to" call for plumbing and we have found them! I didn't feel like I wasted all day on a long window wait time. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and correctly. He even gave me some tips for making sure things got properly dried out. Absolutely the first call we will make from now on.

Rod and his team were very responsive and professional when I hired him to unclog my kitchen sink drain line backed up by sending spaghetti down the garbage disposal. Rod is very conscience and respectful about COVID-19 safety protocols and expects the same out of his customers. I was very weary of hiring someone to come into my house during this time, but I am so glad I found Rod and his team who takes public health measures seriously and is equally responsive to helping me resolve my plumbing problems. Rod also took the time to answer all of my questions (which were a lot) helping me to understand what the underlying problem is. Thanks Rod and team!

I broke my faucet handle, and had water at full capacity coming out of my sink that could not turn it off. My pipes were rusted so I couldn't turn off the water supply, and went into a panic cause I didn't know what to do. I honestly called other companies first because they popped up first on Google, and everyone told me they couldn't come right away they had appointments already, putting me on a list for 2-3 days later... So, I called Clouser, thinking they'd say the same thing, but they immediately came out. They sent Alan, who explained to me all of the options, and worked around my schedule to install new fixtures, etc. I couldn't believe that they made time for me such short notice, and was able to help me without question. My husband and I said that we will ONLY call Clouser now for any issues, because the customer service was over and beyond what we were experiencing while calling other local companies, honestly. If you're reading this review, I would highly suggest using this company/giving them your business.

We called to ask them to replace our water heater. They came out right away, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves, and diagnosed a problem with the humidifier on our furnace. Their charges are right in line with the value they bring.

We had scheduled an appointment (with what sounded like the owner) for him to come to our home and discuss having some outdoor faucets replaced. He said he’d meet us at our home and never showed. We were more than happy for him to come during the week, but he assured us that it was no problem to stop out on Saturday or Sunday-so we set up the appointment for Sunday at noon. We tried calling after an hour and a half (just to confirm that there wasn’t some confusion) and the call went unanswered. We left a voicemail and received no reply. I’m glad we didn’t set it up for a time during the week, since we would’ve probably missed work for a no call/ no show. We will definitely go with someone else since he cannot be relied on to follow through on his word. I do NOT recommend this plumbing company.

NEVER PICKS UP CALLS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had requested for a service. The owner pick 1 out of 10 calls and when he picks up, he promises to call back with a quote. I waited for more than 2 weeks to get a quote. He refuses to call back or even bother to respond to voicemail. If anyone looking for some actual work to be done, never approach them. See screenshot of my call logs.!
We finally went with 'Benjamin Franklin Plumping'.

I had a great experience with Clouser plumbing. I had a drain that was backing up/not draining properly so I called Clouser plumbing in the morning. They were able to get over to my within a couple of hours! Shane was the lead plumber that came over and he was very polite and considerate. He was very honest and open with his assessment of the situation. I would and do recommend their services and will be using them again for my plumbing needs!
