I have been effected by the storm that pushed through on August 10, 2020 in Eastern Iowa. My home generator worked for the first few hours after the storm passed. I tried my best to get the generator restarted, but was unable to do so. The electrical utility has been down for one week, and does not look to be up and working any time soon. I tried several local companies through the week to get a service technician to work on the generator. Not one of the three called back. I stopped by their shops and not one of them had any information in their windows with direct to get help. Called Best Services at 8:30 AM on August 17, 2020, and a technician was able to stop by the house by 11:30 AM the same day. Ryan Prunty was able to get the generator working in less than an hour. I am truly thankful for the quick response. Ryan spent time to answer my questions on how I can do regular up keep on the generator. The experience getting the generator repaired was great, and Ryan a good person to talk with.

I had a controller failure in my 10 kW Guardian (during an extended power outage, of course!) and could not find a controller locally. I called Best Services and they were able to get me one overnight for one of the better prices I could find. On top of that, I got good advice regarding which controller I needed and what the differences between my options were.
