Summary: The work i needed done was to replace about ~15ft of nutrual wires from the meter to the grid wires. When the operators arrived, they asked to see the electrical panel. Upon seeing the panel they informed me that there could be some updates made. They provided 3 quotes. The 1st quote was for $8000. This was to replace the panel among other things. The 2nd quote was for ~$4000 this would have covered replacing a few of the items from the first quote. The 3rd quote was the "bare minimum" at around $1300. This included the $299 fee for emergency service. I ultimatly went with the 3rd quote.

Pros: Operators were polite, professional, and on time. The company offers emergency service.

Cons. A bit expensive for the service given.

The company seems to have the philosphy of leading the larger quotes over ths more affordable options. I feel this comes from there emphasis on maintaining electrical code and general saftey rather than trying to rip people off. At least thats the impression i recieved from the operators.

If you are looking for extensive work to be done on your home or emergency service, call WireOne. If you are looking for a small fix, look else where.

The tech came to our house for an $75 estimate that is nonrefundable if we don’t choose to use their service. We were simply requesting to increase from a 60amp panel to a 100amp panel. This guy starts listing all the things about how our 1950 home isn’t up to current code and how unsafe our home is and gives us an almost 9k quote for all this extra work we werent asking for. He said it wasn’t possible to change the panel without all this extra stuff. This turned out to be false and couldn’t have been a better example of someone trying to price gouge. We got a quote of 1350 for exactly what we asked to upgrade and confirmation our house is in fact safe.
Extremely unhappy with this service. I encourage you to get additional quotes or not even quote with these people.

Johnny was awesome! He arrived on time, handled a difficult installation of a large tv, installed an electrical box to hide the wires, didn’t leave a speck of dust or drywall. He’s personable and the type of electrician one always wants but seldom gets! Definitely an excellent representative for WireOne, which be my go to for any further electrical work!

Johnny was the tech who came to my home. He was courteous and explained everything. He gave me 4 options and didn't. Pressure me to take the most expensive one which I appreciated. When the payment was taken care of he got to work and didn't take long at all. He changed 3 outlets and installed three smoke detectors. I will be using the company again.
