This is an updated review. I initially rated Plumb Supply one star after a series of unpleasant interactions and emails with one of their employees. I placed my order at the end of March and am receiving the final piece of my order now in September. I also received a broken vanity which had to be replaced. I understand these delays and complications happen. My main complaint was that the employee initially in charge of my account was unreachable by phone and would only contact me by email at the close of business. This created scheduling problems for my contractor and me, especially since the delivery dates of several items kept getting pushed back and I needed updates.

After months of delays and poor communication I was able to have my account transferred to another employee who was more communicative and I received an apology from the owner. Everything has gone pretty smoothly since then. Overall, I would still recommend this business because the wholesale prices will help you save on your project and the customer service, overall, is quite good. Thank you Makayla and Terry for your help in finishing up my bathroom project. I will add photos of the finished product soon ?
