UPDATE: One of the drawers on our cabinet reface came loose. We contacted Ken and within a week he had someone out to fix it, and the fix is good and solid. We would hire Hartman Construction again in a heartbeat - Ken and his crew stand behind their work, which is rare these days.

We had a great experience working with Hartman Construction on our kitchen remodel. Ken and his crew were great - the job finished on time, we had as much use of our kitchen as possible at the end of each work day, and they were very responsive to our questions and requests. And - our kitchen project turned out STUNNING! We absolutely love it.

I started out out obtaining estimates to remodel our kitchen. Most of the vendors would sell cabinets or reface cabinets, but then required you to manage the rest of the project such as timing of other parts of the kitchen. Hartman's took care of the whole process from start to finish. It was very nice to have one person in control of the whole project because there are always things that come up that effect the timing of all parts of the project. They initially come in and determine what you want done. If you need help making choices they will go with you to outside vendors to help you make your final choices. In our case we chose to have door replacement and have the cabinets repainted. They allowed us to choose the hardware for the cabinet doors and they installed them. We chose quartz countertops and they arranged for countertop vendor to come in at the appropriate time to install the countertop and install the sink we chose from another vendor. The whole process went very smoothly. Hartman has highly trained workers who install the doors, hardware, and backsplash. They showed up on time, kept the area clean, and did what they promised. They followed up after completion to make sure everything was done properly. We are very happy how our kitchen turned out. It was done at a very competitive price and we would recommend them to others.

We hired Ken and his crew to remodel two bathrooms. The master bath was a huge project that involved knocking out a wall to convert a closet into a walk-in shower, replacing a one-piece shower/tub unit with a jetted tub, and installing a window over the tub. We also had problems with our old shower leaking water into our basement and they quickly figured out how to resolve that issue.

We couldn't be happier with how our new bathrooms look! They did a great job! Dave told me he treats every project like he was doing the work in his own home, and it really shows. This was a big project, but they took their time and were very meticulous about getting everything done perfectly.

Ken's team was always prompt, professional, courteous, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to work with on a remodeling project!
