David and Tony are good representatives of your company. I think they did a good job. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. If we have to call them back because Something wasn’t done right, that would indicate something, but I don’t think that will happen. I think everything will be fine. They are nice guys and easy to work with. Fun too.

Check the name of the technician before they come out to your building! If it’s the quiet Asian guy with a thick accent, request someone else. This Asian guy was slower than frozen molasses. It took him 1 hour and 47 minutes to do 3 voltage checks. If I knew I was paying by the hour and not a flat rate, I would have told him to hurry up and do better. After all that time spent and all that money wasted, I still don’t have a working furnace. Yet, I bought a used furnace for $100 which took care of my problem. Bell Brothers is going downhill quick. I really wish the redhead guy named John was still servicing my area. That’s $350 I’ll never see again for nothing. Are there any hvac companies in the Boone area that are reasonably priced and customer focused?

My central air went out yesterday, a quick call to Bell Brothers saved the day. It was after hours and an amazing technician arrived very soon. Dave Quickly diagnosed, and fixed the issue, he even washed the unit down. He was incredibly personable, he taught me a few things, and even played with my dog!

After shopping around with 7 different company's, I chose Bell Brothers to replace my furnace and AC last fall. Mason was incredibly easy to work with, gave me the best bang for my buck and the service was excellent! When I turned my AC on for the first time this spring, it simply wasn't keeping up. A tech, Brian, came out the same day and adjusted the fan settings and did a thorough check. Not only that, he was kind and it was obvious he was incredibly knowledgeable about the complex system. Once adjusted, the system worked flawlessly once again! Both the initial service as well as the service after the sale were excellent. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality service at a more than fair price!
