I had the most amazing experience with A1 cabinets! We chose a marble and got tie composite sink. What seemed to be a stressful issue with deciding what countertop to choose, because so easy and stress free! We wanted a marble and they had plenty of options. Working with A1 Cabinet & Granite was absolutely wonderful and I am very pleased with my countertops! Jolynn and her daughter Emma were easy to work with and answered all my questions that I had.

The wait for the installation was about a month, but that was to be expected and they informed me of that. They have numerous amounts of granite to pick from and they are all so beautiful! Overall, I 10/10 recommend them and would choose them to do work for me again! Just make sure that more than 2 guys show up to install the granite countertops, because granite is not light. ?? Takes at least 4-5 guys to do the job.

I was referred to A1 Cabinet and Granite by an acquaintance who had just had granite countertops installed. When I arrived, Jolynn King met me on the sales floor and asked pretty basic questions, then showed me the lot and let me wander through to see the in-stock selection. I never felt any pressure, and really appreciated the opportunity to look at my leisure. I found several pieces that I loved, all at extremely reasonable prices.

We then set up a day to have somebody come measure for a quote. What struck me was how quickly they were able to accommodate me. My job wasn't going to be the biggest job they've ever had, but I certainly wouldn't have known it by how they made me feel. From the first moment I stepped foot in the showroom, I knew I was a priority. It was enough to make me want to stop looking. But just for the sake of having something compare to, I went to a larger home improvement store and quickly found the difference between "big box" and smaller business. The cost could not be beat, and the personal service - well . . . there is no comparison.

Every detail was addressed and there were no surprises or hidden costs. Jolynn even referred me to a plumber who I would need to unhook and reinstall plumbing. I really appreciated the full disclosure and felt very prepared to have this work done.

I was able to have my granite installed in just over 3 weeks. The installers were prompt, courteous, clean, knowledgable, and professional. I am just thrilled with the finished product, and even more satisfied with the selection, price, and level of customer service I received. Upon completion of the installation, Jolynn called to see how it went. From start to finish, she was absolutely at the highest level of customer service. Highly recommend!!

Tina was great to work with selecting our new quartz countertops. Not pleased with installation.
The initial seam was horrible. They sent someone back the next day to fix it. It’s now a clean line, but still very noticeable.
The hole they drilled for the soap dispenser was not thought out. It was placed so that the underneath soap bottle lined up and blocked the electrical outlet for the garbage disposal. We ended up having to hire an electrician to move the outlet.
I also feel like they did the sink cutout wrong. I have never seen where the countertop wasn’t even or overlapping the sink. Mine has a ledge that collects water and I think just looks bad. The 1/2 bath sink countertop was done correctly, so not sure why the kitchen was done differently.
Overall, my “new” kitchen looks great. It’s just frustrating that we spent so much money and I get angry every time I look at my kitchen sink.
