Jessie and the whole team at Hedberg are top notch. We were removing a cedar shingle roof, and we were very torn as to what we were going to replace it with, but Jessie suggested a great asphalt option that really looks fairly similar to the cedar shingles that were removed (at less than half the cost). We couldn't be happier with the results, and we have peace of mind knowing that Hedberg will be around to back up they're warranties decades into the future.

When he inspected my existing roof, I got an accurate, professional assessment with pictures. He answered my questions so I had good information to make my decisions. After a hailstorm, a trusted friend recommended Hedberg and Son, for their professionalism and quality. They certainly lived up to that review. Jessie Goodwin led the project. He spent time examining what needed to be done and described it well for me in terms that I could understand (without being condescending). And he described what was necessary and what was optional. His estimate was very close to what the insurance adjuster had estimated. In the end, Jessie's estimate was exactly what was charged. No surprises. The work crew arrived within the week, and completed everything in one day, with full cleanup. The new roof looks great, and the leaks from the hailstorm damage are all gone. I appreciate professionals who know what they are talking about, don't over-sell what needs to be done, set a competitive price, and do outstanding work. Jessie was great to work with. I've used Hedberg & Son to fix a roof leak on one home and re-roof two other homes. I've trusted Jessie to be candid with me about when a roof needed to be replaced and when it still had life left. Hedberg & Son has repeatedly been competitively priced, provided quality work, delivered what's promised, and cleaned up. They've been around and I'm confident will continue to be here for us should any warranty concerns surface.

The most recent re-roof was due to a weather event. A company providing evaluations in the neighborhood determined our roof was eligible for an insurance claim and provided a "good, better, best" pricing model, with the "good" shingle being what they quoted. I then contacted Jessie for a competitive bid. Jessie quoted a "better" shingle (from the start) for several thousand less than the other company's "good" shingle. He also answered all my follow up questions to my satisfaction. In the end, Hedberg re-roofed our house in a single day while we were away on vacation and other than the new roof (and the video Jessie sent of the work being completed!), we wouldn't have known they'd been at our house; the clean up was outstanding.

I hope to not need another roof for a long time, but when we do, I'll be calling Hedberg & Son. Thanks, Jessie (and Eric and all) for being there for us!
